Hexagora Unicode Controls 4.3

Internal Visual Basic 6.0 controls and classes are not Unicode. This is a big problem when you need to get Unicode data from people who use your programs (Chinese, Japanese, etc.). This library has been developed in order to fix VB6 Unicode limitations.
